Worked hard this morning. Not enough butter done though. In a mess tomorrow! A new hand started work – from my old College, the Labour Exchange. Most of the fellows returned to work in the afternoon, but for some reason I was exempt.
Drowsed by the fire, sleepily reading. Cold and foggy day, very thick in the evening.
