I am on leave (7 days) in Cairo, with Jack Chenery and George Kerry. We're staying at a quiet small place in Sharia Malika Farida, quite handy for the centre of town. It's about midnight and I'm sitting on my bed – there are sheets! - in a clean, electrically lighted room. Qwise!
