NCO i/c Fire Picquet, an important job, by gad!
“Fuckin' wrap up” I heard Naden murmur, in the ranks of the fire picquet, as we stood at ease outside RHQ during guard mounting. “Fuckin' wrap up” is the very latest phrase. It is thought to be an expression of disapproval.
After guard mounting we loaded M1, ready for tomorrow. Regimental drill order – the first. Only M1 and Deans wireless vehicles are going from this battery.
