Tobruch: Something is definitely “on” We move from here shortly; 414 move in. We're going further up. But this creep forward of an artillery battery is only a smallest part of a big scheme. What is it? An attempt to end the siege and break through to Egypt, coinciding with a push by the forces on the Sollum sector?
