Signals classification course on. All very keen, for we have a new Sigs. officer and as the proverb says, “A new broom sweeps clean.” Being an Ack1, I don't have to classify of course, but I have some instructing to do and have to generally help the Sergt. And in the early mornings, there is the hardening training... I sat down today and had nothing to do, at 6:30p.m. That was the first time since getting up this morning.
It's farewell to the old ammo truck! They've loaded it up with ammo, so Kelly and I have had to evacuate. We have been evicted from our slum. I have found a sleeping space in the line signallers tent, with Ted Gayler.
