Cold, wintry again. Feel more happy now, however. Perhaps it is a result of my health week – mild though my self discipline has been.

More TocH painting, with Ford and Ron Withey. Friendly talk as the brushes go to and fro, makes one happy. The caretaker is more kindly than they usually are; tonight he made us a pot of tea.

Walked home fast, through the rain – cheerful rain! Listening to dance music now. Another 5 minutes!
