Ordinary shift. In charge of the little pots all day and even the foreman said I did well! Evening shopping. Am trying to have my overalls lengthened in the leg, at a tailors. Went to 7 tobacconists before finding the brand of cigarettes I require – Mild Richmond Gem. Seem rare, so should be stylish enough for me. Early shift once more, tomorrow. I reckon it will be colder still. All is prepared and the alarm is set! 3.15a.m.
