TocH; more painting. I do enjoy this. I liked painting at home, last summer but this, with friendly, interesting conversation around, is better still.
We begin “parlour tricks”, later. “Can you do this?” “Try this then”. Evening ended with a wrestling match (Lancashire style) between Ron Withey and I.
I was more skilful and attacked most of the time, using my legs to advantage, but he had the strength. We ceased eventually, by mutual consent. A good struggle.

Late to bed, but I did not mind – have had several early nights, recently.
